12 GBP (individual) to 20 GBP (double) a Night (one week minimum) - Cheaper than most hostels!!!
We deal with several agencies and provide a booking service where we find you the best budget / basic room available at the time. We send your request to Sal y Ven, Accommadrid, Room Madrid and many others. Because we deal in high volumes of people we offer the same rooms you would get directly from the agencies at our lower price.

The Rooms are all in the greater Madrid area and no more than 20 to 30 minutes away from the center or where you want to be. You get one or two fully dressed beds, a dresser, a desk & chair. All flats come with bathrooms, kitchens, refrigerators and washing machines.

1. Pay for the closest matching number of nights that you need online. (We will process the order and send you your flat's and specific agency's address and contact phone numbers).
2. Fill out and send us your room request form with the list of the top 5 metro stops you want the room located near.
3. Call your landlord when you get to Madrid and are on your way to their flat.
4. Call your specific agency to schedule a time within the first 3 days that you will go in person to give them a copy of your passport, local phone number and register to claim your security deposit or to request / pay for any extra days.

• You are coming to Madrid for an internship, job or course that lasts 1 or more weeks.
• You need a place to stay when you first get to Madrid that you can book on-line and have ready for you when you arrive.
• You need a place to stay for at least 1 week so that you can conduct your longer term housing search here in person.
• You live in Madrid and your flat is being fumigated or refurbished or you are changing flats.
• You live in Madrid and where you live does not have enough space for or does not allow overnight guests.
